FAQs

You can use any type of Stone Genie Gift Card online.

You just need to make sure the card number starts with 10000 and you’ve got a 4-digit security PIN. If your card doesn't have a 4-digit PIN, you can’t use it online.

  • If the date has been and gone then we can’t replace it for you (sorry). That’s why we urge anyone who receives one to double-check the expiry date shown on them.
  • Our physical Gift Cards are usually valid for 3 years, and our eGift Cards are usually valid for 2 years. So there should be plenty of time to decide what you fancy.

Currently, you can’t use a combination of more than three Stone Genie Gift Cards or eGift Cards online at any one time.

You can pay for your order in full with Gift Cards or gift vouchers. Alternatively, they can be used to partially pay, in combination with other payment types.

Don’t forget! You can’t use Gift Cards or eGift Cards together with PayPal.

Head to Your Account, click on the GIFT CARDS link.

When you reach the balance checker, enter these 2 numbers:

  1. the 20-digit Card Number
  2. the 4-digit security PIN

eGift Card

An eGift Card is digital, can only be bought online and is sent out to the recipient via email. You can choose a design to suit the occasion and add a personal message, for that extra special touch.

You can load up to £1000 on our eGift Cards. Send it instantly and they can start spending right away. Or, if you’re super-organised, buy it now and we’ll send it at a later date… just tell us when.

And the great thing is, you don’t need to pay delivery!

Gift Card

Gift Cards are physical and are sent in the post, either directly to your lucky recipient, or to you. Great if you prefer to hand over a tangible gift. Also, if you’re feeling spendy, you can order up to £1000 of our physical Gift Cards. They come in denominations of £50, £100, £250 and £500.

You can buy physical Gift Cards online, delivery charges will apply, and these vary depending on how much you order. However, for orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday, we can dispatch the same day for only £7.50, helping you guarantee quick delivery!
